We have three production lines for steel structure fabrication, in order to serve better for abroad project, we buy some advanced machine in our production line, such as the plasma cutting machine. We will show you our production line following the steel structure processing flow as below:

We could provide both OEM and ODM service. As our steel structure product or project are almost customized or designed based on each production or project, we will explain what is our OEM&ODM service.

OEM:

For steel structure project: You provide the drawing such as Layout drawing, architectural drawing, structure drawing, then we will detail the drawing into shop drawing/fabrication drawing for fabrication and construction drawing for your installation.

For steel structure components: You provide the details drawing or fabrication drawing of the steel structure components, then our workers could fabricate it directly based on your drawing.

ODM:

For steel structure project: You just tell us what kind of steel structure building you need to build and then tell us related data, take steel warehouse project as an example, you tell us the length, width, height of the warehouse, then our engineer will design the preliminary layout plan to you, after we confirm the details, we will start to design shop drawing, construction drawing, and fabricate the steel structre components to you.

For steel structure components:

Just tell us the details of what kind of steel compoents you needs, such as the length, wideth, height, shape, then we could design the drawing and fabricate it in our factory.

Our company always explore new and advanced design concept, optimize the strucutre type, to use new raw material, we cooperate with some designing institutes to develop more new buildings, such as the Modular integrated housing.
